Privacy notice
Last updated: 19 October 2026
MailTuck is provided by Happy PC, a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands. This notice explains how we handle personal information on the MailTuck website, support channel, Outlook add-ins, and related services.
Information we receive
When you contact support, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, product version, Outlook client, and a description of the issue. The website does not require an account and does not contain our own advertising trackers or analytics.
How we use information
We use support information to answer questions, investigate problems, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not ask you to send message contents, passwords, or access tokens for support.
Outlook and Microsoft 365
When you use a MailTuck Outlook add-in, the add-in can process the mailbox data needed for the filing action you request. Microsoft identity, Outlook, Microsoft Graph, and your organization may process information under their own terms. Your mailbox permissions and organization policies continue to apply.
Application data and subscription checks
MailTuck processes account identifiers and assigned-license information to check access. The web application uses the MailTuck service and Microsoft Graph to carry out requested mailbox operations. Settings, learned filing data and filing history are stored in your Microsoft 365 mailbox; the Classic extension also keeps local application data on your Windows computer.
For Marketplace subscriptions, the service stores subscription identifiers, the offer and plan, license quantity, subscription status and trial status. Access exceptions are recorded in the service access policy. Microsoft handles Marketplace checkout and payment information under its own terms. Hosting and Microsoft identity services may retain technical request and sign-in logs.
Service providers and retention
We use hosting and email providers to operate the website, support mailbox, and service. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain records, and meet legal requirements. We do not sell personal information.
Your questions and rights
For privacy questions or requests concerning MailTuck, contact support@mailtuck.com. We may ask for information needed to verify and process a request. Mandatory legal obligations and rights under applicable law continue to apply.
Changes
We may update this notice when the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
