Which Outlook accounts can I use?
Use a Microsoft 365 mailbox with the required Outlook and Microsoft Graph access. Your organization may require administrator approval. Contact support to check your setup.
Can our team use MailTuck?
Your Microsoft 365 administrator can deploy the web add-in to selected users or groups. Classic installation is a separate Windows deployment. Contact us for help with a team rollout.
What does the Classic extension add?
The optional Windows Classic Outlook extension can file between accessible mailboxes and open folders in Outlook. These native features are not available in Outlook on the web or new Outlook. Your existing mailbox permissions still apply.
Does MailTuck move emails by itself?
You choose the destination. Suggestions help you decide; they do not authorize a move. Send-and-file follows your saved choice after you send. Undo can restore supported recent moves, but cannot recall an email you sent.
